How to Order

ALS Surplus sells surplus and clearance stock. It moves quickly, it is not restocked, and quantities shown on this site come from our most recent inventory sync — which means a listing can remain up after the last unit is gone. Adding an item to your quote cart does not reserve it or place a hold on inventory. We confirm what we can actually supply when we send your written quote, and we will tell you promptly if something you requested is no longer available.

No. Simply add items to your quote cart, enter your contact information, and submit. No registration or login required.

Our team responds to all quote requests within 24 hours during business days. Most quotes are returned same-day.

All products are surplus stock from certified manufacturers. Condition is listed on each product page — most items are new and in original packaging.

Yes. We provide formal written quotes on letterhead and can work with standard government purchase order processes. Contact us for specific requirements.

Absolutely. If you need a specific part or fixture not shown, reach out to our team at sales@alssurplus.com or (877) 421-3034. We may be able to source it.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds. Because these are surplus items sold at clearance prices and never restocked, please confirm part numbers, specifications, condition and compatibility with our team before you accept a quote — we are happy to answer questions or send additional detail and photographs on any item.
